Sprint Swim Course
Sprint Swim Course - 750 Meters - Swim all 3 buoys one time. This is a counterclockwise route. Swim starts in waves.
Sprint Bike Course
Sprint Bike Course - 12.4 Miles - This route is an out and back starting at the transition. This course has rollers and a few climbs matched with down hills however fairly flat. No aid station on this route so fill your bike water bottles at transition. On the way out you will stay with cars then on the way back there is a few miles with a bike lane you can ride with until State Line at which time you will just stay with car traffic. There are a few cattle guards on this route so hit them straight as you ride over them.
Sprint Run Course
Sprint Run Course - 3.1 Miles - This out and back course is fairly flat with one aid station that includes Water, Powerade, Porta Potty, Aid station Kit which includes Bandaids, Feminine Napkins, Body Lube, Muscle Rub. Racers stay on the East side of the road on the way out and back to avoid crossing and getting into the lane with the Half Bikes returning.
