Approximately every 1.5 to 2 miles on the run there will be water stations. On the bike every 16 miles for the Half Distance. Olympic and Sprint Bike Course does not have aid stations. For those you are expected to carry a water bottle.
Finish line has restrooms. There are also restrooms every 16 miles or so on the bike and every 1.5 to 2 Miles on the run.
